Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Crochet Hooks Australia name is Anna! I am a handmade artist located in Mudgee, NSW, who is dedicated to creating art that speaks to you at a soul level. I take great care and dedication to every piece I make, and it shows in every final result.

Please read the below Terms & Conditions, receipt of payment is an agreeance to the following:

Ready to Collect items are available at time of listing. Once payment is received your item will be posted on the next post day. Postage days are Wednesday and Friday weekly.
If pickup is required, a minimum of 24h notice is required via text or email. Please wait for confirmation before collection. I do my very best to be available at times that suit my customers, however sometimes life happens and I may not be home to greet you.

Made to Order items have a minimum 4 week turnaround once payment is received. This increases to 6-8 weeks during busy periods such as the lead up to Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. You will receive an email or text once your order is completed, along with a photo of your order.

Custom Order items have a minimum 6 week turnaround,. This increases to 6-8 weeks during busy periods such as the lead up to Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. You will receive an email or text once you have submitted your request, and the design process will begin. Once a concept is created that you agree to, including proof approvals, the creation process will begin. You will receive photos during the process, and once your order is completed you will be sent finals along with estimated post or pickup availability details.

Turn around times for orders depend on how many orders I have ahead of yours in my queue, and if your order involves the use of epoxy. Epoxy is temperamental by nature and can occasionally dry unevenly. I prefer to deliver a smooth product to you, so this may cause a longer turn around time. You will be advised at time of ordering if your turnaround time is longer than stated above.

I begin working on an order only when full payment is received.
There are no changes, returns or cancellations accepted once payment is received for Ready to Collect and Made to Order orders.
For custom orders, full payment is required to start the design process. No changes, returns or cancellations are accepted once final proof approval and payment is received.

Due to the handmade nature of my items, refunds are not available. Replacements are only available in the case of Artist Error. This means that if your product is defective or damaged at the time of receiving you will be entitled to a replacement free of additional charge. You have 7 days from time of receipt to make contact.

RESIN RELATED PRODUCTS
While epoxy is reasonably durable, if dropped, slammed or placed with force against a hard surface your product will crack. Please handle epoxy products with care, they are fragile and will break or crack if handled roughly or thrown. Do not place your epoxy made products in the dishwasher, soak in water, keep in extreme heated conditions or place in direct sunlight for an extended period of time. Please hand wash only! Use a soft sponge, as rougher scrub brushes may scratch the surface. Lastly, do not place your product in the microwave. Stainless steel nor epoxy are microwave safe.

If you have ordered an item in a solid colour with no glitter, there may be a speck of rogue glitter on your cup. I work with a crazy amount of glitter and I try my best to keep my solid items separate, but this isn’t always possible.
Please also understand that my products are handmade, and therefore may contain minor flaws. In addition, due to the wide variety of car cup holder sizes and shapes, I cannot guarantee that any of my cups will fit in any particular cup holder. If you find that your cup does not fit, I recommend a car cup holder expander which can be found on eBay.

BRANDED MERCHANDISE ORDERS
I absolutely love the privilege of working with small businesses and content creators to bring their dreams of branded merchandise to life. I can work closely alongside you to create a wide range of drinkware options in line with your branding. My prices for branded merchandise are set, and you are able to add your markup on top of that at your own discretion. Payment for orders is required upfront, and the creation process does not begin until after payment is received.

For customers who have received branded merchandise from a third party that was created by myself, please reach out to them in regards to any problem as first point of contact. If you have ordered from a third party and there has been a significant delay, please also reach out to them first, as this usually indicates they have not yet forwarded payment to myself, and will be able to better answer any questions regarding that line of merchandise.

SHIPPING AND PRODUCT INSURANCE
My turn around time approximation accounts for the time I receive payment for your order to the time I am ready to ship your order. Due to COVID-19 there have been significant delays in shipping. Please understand that I do my best to get your products shipped to you as quickly as possible, but as soon as it is in the possession of the carrier, I am not responsible for delayed delivery times. I securely package all of my products with bubble wrap, space savers and/ or filler paper. Packages are also automatically insured up to $100. If your product arrives damaged, please contact me and we can arrange for a claim to be filed with the carrier, the return of your damaged product to me and production of a new one to replace it.

Payment for your order signifies your agreement to these terms.
